The People's Party lost to the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization President, but won 15 out of 42 Provincial Administrative Organization seats.

Mr. Phan-at Chairat, candidate for Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization president, along with prospective Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization members from the Prachachon Party, rode in a parade vehicle around Chiang Mai and walked to thank the people in the fresh markets who voted for the Prachachon Party candidates. Although Mr. Phan may have lost the election for Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization president, he did win 15 prospective PAO members out of 42.
